This page explains what Nex2Link collects when you use the website audit tool at this address, and what we do with it.
The address you scan. We store the URL you submit and the results of the audit so the report has a permanent link you can return to and share.
Your contact details, if you give them. When you unlock a full report we ask for your email address, and optionally your name and phone number. We store these so we can deliver the report and so we can follow up about the issues we found.
Technical data. We record the IP address a scan came from, purely to rate-limit abuse of the scanner. We do not build a profile from it.
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, and the card never touches our servers.
We do not scan anything behind a login, and we only read what your website already serves publicly to any browser or search engine.
To produce and deliver your report, to stop abuse of the scanner, and to contact you about the audit and about services Nex2Link offers that relate to it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone other than the payment processor needed to take payment.
Scan results are kept for 30 days, after which the report link stops working. Contact details are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Write to hello@nex2link.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to all three, and we will act within 30 days.
